If you want to share a specific content it is essential to contact us first.

In accordance with articles L335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code ( France ), any unauthorized reproduction of the content of https://frenoki.com will be considered as counterfeiting and will be prosecuted according to the procedure indicated.

We also automatically record information from your computer and browser for statistical purposes (Google Analytics). However, this data is transmitted in aggregate, which means that we cannot associate it with specific users, thus guaranteeing their privacy..

Payments made through “Paypal” are transactions that take place outside of our website, which means that data related to purchases made through this process will not be stored on our website..

3.2 – Legal basis for data processing

The data collected by software such as Google Analytics allows us to optimize the user experience, making it more intuitive and enjoyable. We make every effort to ensure that Google Analytics is compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Registration), in particular by applying the DPA (Data Processing Agreement). This process is meant to guarantee your anonymity as much as possible when you browse our website.

The data related to your email address when you register for the newsletter is collected only after you have given your consent by checking the box informing you of the transmission of your information and its use.

All data entered during the purchase of your product will be sent to us after taking your consent and will be used only with the purpose of processing your order.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link that accompanies it.
If you want to change the e-mail adress used for the newsletter, you can simply unsubscribe with the old address and resubscribe with the new one.

Our site is hosted by OVH which guarantees the security of use and data protection.
We use the SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt to secure browsing by encrypting data transmission. Your personal data is also secured by the following companies: Woocommerce, MailPoet and Paypal. See point 3.4 to learn more about the recipients of the data.
